Many and very important. Normal 360 videos or traditional tours, which do not use Matterport technology, are just a sequence of a few 2D circular images glued together. These types of panoramas do not allow the user to move freely around the spaces, they only show the environment, but they do not allow the user to interact with it. In addition, these tours do not have any information about dimensions.
3d Virtual Tours immersive tours are generated from up to 200 individual shots that capture, not only the image, but also the exact measurements of the environment. These shots are combined in a unique polygonal mesh composed of thousands of points with xyz coordinates and color values that are processed as a single space, so the 3D Virtual Tours immersive vists allows total freedom of interaction when walking inside the building, making possible any point of view or perspective from any location, with a quality and resolution not available until now with other technologies.
Just tidy up and prepare the property for a visit. Remove very personal objects or photographs that you do not want to be seen. If it is a house, details such as flowers or fruit centres help to create a pleasant atmosphere. Cables and chargers are part of our lives, but they don’t look nice. The neutral aspect is usually the most appropriate.
If you want to be ther while shooting, no problem, we will be happy to show you how we work, but it is not necessary at all. You can just give us access to the Property and we’ll do the rest.
Shooting takes approximately between two and four hours, depending on size, number of rooms, number of floors, etc…
Nothing more than an updated browser. On desktop or laptop computers, the latest versions of Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Explorer or Safari with almost no restrictions. Using mobile phones and tablets both IOS or Android of any size also gives you access to the model with no limits. No need to download any special software*, no registration needed, no username and password you never remember. The model of the space to visit is hosted on secure servers and is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is not necessary to download it, just click on the link we will send you and everything will be available. It’s that easy. Without registering anywhere, without users and password.
In a single link, which you will receive once the model is finished, you will have free access to three different views of the property:

The schematic floor plans in PDF format with measurements, the photos in 4K resolution as well as the OBJ file containing all the information of the point cloud, are delivered simultaneously with the link but in separate files, if these options have been contracted.
It is the view that shows us the premises from the outside, removing the roof and exterior walls to give us a complete vision, reliable and original. Of course you have direct access to a specific place of the premises just clicking on the desired point, thus starting the immersive tour from wherever we.

Since the shooting date, most of the models are processed and delivered in less than 48 hours.
Very very easy, just resend the link you receive to everyone you want to participate in the visit and to whom you want to show the model. You can do it as many times as you wish, to as many people as you want, without any limitation, by email, SMS messages, WhatsApp, etc.. THERE ARE NO RESTRICTIONS.
